Our team understand both the needs of their workers and the requirements of the company they will be working at and make sure that both are comfortable before placing staff. We use a proven, reliable approach that not only finds the right people at the right time but continually monitors and manages their progress.
OUR PROFESSIONAL APPROACH
All of our clients are provided with a dedicated support team which includes an Account Manager, Account Support and a Payroll Manager
We have been supplying staff to the industrial business sector for nearly 5 years. We are experienced at servicing a diverse scope of companies who use our services of supplying temporary, contract or full-on-site managed staffing solutions.
With a daily client base of over 25 companies we have built on our experience of working within a broad range of commercial sectors.
RELIABLE STAFF
we have gained experience in supplying a multitude of disciplines, from non skilled to skilled environment and in a nutshell we select our staff carefully to make sure that we deliver the right people for the job.
Our talent acquisition team is skilled at identifying and sourcing quality people through Job Boards, digital CV searches and social media. We also have our own database of 1,000 plus registered drivers and general staff.
We also currently offer a Temp-to-Perm period of 12 weeks.
24 HOUR SERVICE
We offer a full bespoke service to our clients and naturally that includes a true 24 hour service. We understand that staffing problems can naturally arise outside ‘normal hours’. We are able to respond at any time and are committed to delivering the best service around the clock.
WORKER SCREENING
Before placing a worker to represent Asha Logistic on a client site, we undertake the following:
- Face to Face interview
- Document checking including eligibility to work in the UK
- All workers / industrial staff are selected on the basis of a numeracy and literacy test to ensure they meet your expectations
- Reference from past employers (can be provided on request)
ETHICS at ASHA LOGISTIC AND PEACE OF MIND
We provide full insurances to ensure our clients, candidates and the public are protected. This would include; drivers negligence insurance, employers liability, public liability, products liability and professional indemnity.
We care about not only the Candidates health and safety but place a huge importance when we send our workers to any site. We like to do our bit for the environment too and be as ‘green’ as possible. We also now have access to fully electric transport.
